- FREE SHIPPING ➞ INTERNATIONAL. FedEx, UPS, DHL. Estimated delivery time 2-7 working days.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Generally, if you place an order before midday, we’ll process it the very same day. If it’s after midday, the order won’t be processed until the following day. If it’s a Friday afternoon or a weekend, it won’t be processed until Monday.

Getting your goods to you safely and swiftly is of utmost importance to us, which is why we entrust all our deliveries, home and abroad, to FedEx, DPD, DHL and UPS.

WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTRA SHIPPING FEES?

We currently ship to over 50 countries across the globe and the majority of our orders usually have no customs taxes due, however all taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. Please consult your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order. There are NO extra fees for EU customers.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?

Your tracking number will be sent to you via email when your order is dispatched. You can also find it by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Please note - you won’t be able to track your delivery if you have chosen the Guest checkout option. You’ll need to set up an account with us and use the normal checkout to use this service. Alternatively, if your order is severely overdue, please email our Customer Service at info@dermahealer.com. You’ll need to quote your order number.

WHY AM I MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

Some items ship separately from different processing facilities, so part of your order may still be on its way. If you need specific information, please Customer Service at info@dermahealer.com

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Oh no! If you placed an order more than 10 working days ago, please contact Customer Service at info@dermahealer.com immediately and we will take care of that for you right away!
